Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform.
Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the platform.
Using any information obtained from the platform in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Using the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations in Nigeria.
Engaging in hate speech or any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Posting, uploading, or sharing any pornographic content or any content that is sexually explicit or obscene.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or request account termination via our support channels.

In no event shall Kopaville, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to contact us first at kopaville@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms by binding arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Nigeria. Kopaville and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
